7 Easy Halloween Brain Breaks for the Classroom ๐Ÿ‘ป

Need to get some Halloween wiggles out? Give your regular classroom brain breaks a spooky twist!

Turn on your favorite KIDZ BOP Halloween songs and try these quick movement activities with your students.

1. Monster Freeze Dance
Dance when the music plays and freeze like a monster when it stops!

2. The Skeleton Shake
Shake your arms, legs, hands, and feet like a silly dancing skeleton.

3. Pumpkin Pop
Students crouch down like tiny pumpkins. When you yell โ€œPOP!โ€ everyone jumps up and shows off their best dance move.

4. Spooky Follow the Leader
Choose one student to lead the class in a Halloween-inspired dance move. Switch leaders every few seconds so everyone gets a turn!

5. Ghostly Slow-Mo
Can your class dance in super slow motion? Turn on the music and challenge everyone to move around the room like slow, floating ghosts.

6. Create a Monster Move
Give students a few seconds to invent their own monster dance move. Pick a few volunteers to teach theirs to the class.

7. KIDZ BOO Dance Party
Sometimes the best brain break is the easiest one! Turn up KIDZ BOP Halloween and give everyone a few minutes to dance, move, and have fun before getting back to learning.

Save these ideas for the days leading up to Halloween or put them all together for one big classroom KIDZ BOO Dance Party! ๐ŸŽƒ
