The very first KIDZ BOP Daytime Dance Party was a huge success, and Montclair, New Jersey showed up ready to party! On November 8, 2025, more than 600 kids and parents packed into The Wellmont Theater for an unforgettable afternoon of singing, dancing, and high-energy family fun!

Hosted by DJ KB, KIDZ BOP’s newest DJ character, the event delivered nonstop beats, tons of interactive moments, and a safe, exciting atmosphere, gathering families from Montclair, Essex County, and the surrounding Northern NJ and NYC metro areas.

From the moment the doors opened, the dance floor never stopped moving. DJ KB kept the party going with the biggest KIDZ BOP hits of the year. Kids (and parents!) were dancing from the very first beat to the final countdown.

Kids ran through waves of bubbles between songs, filling the venue with laughter and excitement. It created magical, photo-worthy moments that parents and caregivers loved just as much as the kids.

This was one of DJ KB’s first live appearances, and fans couldn’t get enough! With high-energy mixes, fun call-and-response moments, and interactive DJ sets, DJ KB brought a fresh new vibe to the KIDZ BOP live experience.

Just as promised, this dance party wasn’t only for the kids. Parents jumped in for dance battles, conga lines, freestyle moments, and hilarious dance-offs, including the hilarious “Daddy Dance Off”, where dads got to show off their moves!

The best part of the KIDZ BOP Daytime Dance Party? Everyone enjoyed hours of dancing and fun and still made it home before dinner. The afternoon format was a big hit with parents and will continue to be a staple of future daytime events.
