The Chimp Hunt Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Kidz Bop LLC, 214 Sullivan Street, New York, New York 10012, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Starz Media, LLC, and Vanguard Animation LLC, 8703 West Olympic Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90035, (collectively "Sponsors").
Eligibility
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Official entry forms can be found on the Contest website located at www.kidzbop.com/contests/chimphunt with your full name, you parent's or legal guardian's email address and the location of each of the 12 Space Chimp items on www.kidzbop.com. The parent or legal guardian of each entrant must be the rightful owner or authorized user of the e-mail account submitted on the registration page. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account in question is created. The applicable e-mail account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Contest.
LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON EACH DAY. Multiple entries in one day from the same email address or entries with incorrect answers will be automatically disqualified.
The Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia. Employees and agents of Kidz Bop, LLC. Razor & Tie Direct, LLC, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Starz Media, LLC and Vanguard Animation, LLC and any affiliates and subsidiaries thereof and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. The Contest is void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any Participant at anytime throughout the duration of the Contest. United States law governs these contest rules.
Entry Period
The Contest will begin on June 30, 2008 at 7:01 AM (EST). The last entry will be accepted on July 20, 2008 at 11:59 PM (EST).
Selection and Notification of Winning Entrants
No later than July 25, 2008 at 11:59 AM (EST), one (1) entrant will be randomly selected as the "Grand Prize Winner". The parent or legal guardian of the entrant selected as the Grand Prize Winner will be notified that the entrant has been selected as the Grand Prize Winner via email and required to fill out the prize acceptance forms provided by Sponsors. If the selected Grand Prize Winner's parent or legal guardian fails to respond to such e-mail notification and complete the prize acceptance forms within fourteen (14) days following such person's receipt of the notification, the entrant will be deemed to have forfeited the Grand Prize, at which time Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may select an alternate entrant as the Grand Prize Winner.

One (1) Philips 7" Portable DVD Player with iPod Dock (approximate retail value: $114.00) and a Space Chimps prize pack (approximate retail value: $100.00)
Terms and Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the results of the random selection of the winners, which shall be final and binding. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest and/or these Official Rules. All federal, state and local tax liabilities arising from the Contest will be the sole responsibility of the winner and/or the winner's parent/legal guardian. Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to use the winner's name, likeness, biography and prize won for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without any additional compensation to entrant, except where prohibited by law.
The entrant hereby releases, discharges and holds harmless Sponsors, each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, attorneys, employees, representatives and agents, including advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, from any and all liability or damages arising from the administration of the Contest and the use or misuse of any prize received in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, the following: (a) late, lost, incomplete, misdirected and/or unintelligible entries; (b) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Contest or prizes; and (c) any damages to the entrants computer, related equipment, data files and software resulting from entrants downloading of information in connection with the Contest or participation in the Contest.
Sponsors may only use the personally identifiable information obtained from the entrants in accordance with Kidz Bop's privacy policy, which may be found at: http://www.kidzbop.com/home/privacy.
Sponsors reserve the right, in Sponsors. sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond Sponsors. sole control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Contest. Sponsors may disqualify entrant, prohibit entrants from participating in the Contest or accepting a prize if, in Sponsors. sole discretion, Sponsors determine that such entrants are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other entrants or representatives of Sponsors.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY OF KIDZ BOP'S WEBSITES OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION AND/OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND IN SUCH EVENT, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO SPONSORS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SEEKING MONETARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEYS' FEE) IN A COURT OF COMPETANT JURISDICTION.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Contest will be determined according to the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By submitting his or her information, entrant consents to be subject to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the state and county of New York and agree that such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes, claims and causes of action in connection with the Contest.
